All Leuven Home fabrics are cut to order once an order is received and approved. For this reason, we kindly ask our customers to review all specifications carefully prior to placing an order.

• Returns of cut fabric are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of the fabric.
  
• A 75% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns of cut fabric.
  
• The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs. Leuven Home does not provide return shipping labels and is not responsible for items returned in transit.
  
• Fabric must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered, and in resalable condition.
  

Non-returnable items:

Fabric orders returned due to a change of mind by the end customer are subject to the conditions above.

Incorrect or damaged orders:

If you receive incorrect fabric, incorrect color, or damaged material due to our error, please notify us immediately. Leuven Home will promptly replace the fabric at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
